Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
This is your first refund request for Vocai
You contact us via email with your purchase details

How to Request a Refund

Step 4: We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and will appear on your original payment method within:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days
Other methods: Up to 14 business days

Subscription Cancellation

If you want to cancel your subscription without a refund:

You can cancel anytime from your Paddle account
Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period
No partial refunds for unused time after the 30-day window

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases of:

Refund requests after 30 days from purchase
Multiple refund requests from the same person
Violation of our Terms of Service
Fraudulent purchase attempts

Renewal Refunds

For automatic renewals:

We send reminder emails before renewal
If you forgot to cancel and were charged, contact us within 7 days for a refund
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before renewal

Free Trial Users

If you're on the free plan, there's nothing to refund. You can continue using the free tier with 60 minutes per month indefinitely.
